Voice Mail

A voice mail interface enables and disables a voice mail box in the third party system during check in and check out of a reservation in PMpro. A voice mail interface can only be installed in conjunction with a phone interface. The phone interface must be able to trigger the voice mail interface after a successful check in and check out. This is indicated with 'Voice Mail (Trigger)' in the details of the phone interface.
