Our versatile Front Office Management module is becoming the standard for more and more hotel chains. The software offers full functionality and yet is easy to implement. It is known as being simple to operate, which keeps training costs low, both during installation and when instructing new staff.

The software is configurable for use with full-service or limited-service properties. Our Front Office solution is room type based, with overbooking levels per type to allow upgrades on standard rooms while keeping the inventory of suites closely guarded.

An extensive Group Management module makes it easy to handle both tour and conference groups. Rooming lists can be entered before the actual group is split into individual folios. Rate management is included and rates can be automatically opened and closed based on various criteria. The software is open for interfacing with external yield management systems and supports Hurdle Rate analysis.
