Brilliant Certified Installer

As a Brilliant Certified Installer, you will be certified to install our different software products and train our customers based on our training schedules.

To become a Brilliant Certified Installer, you must first undergo extensive training in our corporate headquarters. There you will learn about our products from one of our product specialists. The training will be followed by a shadow installation, where you will be a second installer on an installation. At that point, you will review the work of our trainers closely. The shadow installation will be followed by an installation where you will be the lead installer and perform the installation on your own. As a Brilliant Certified Installer, you will learn the following product groups:

  • Brilliant PMPRO
  • Brilliant POS+
  • Brilliant CRMPRO and
  • Brilliant Interfacing

When training, shadow installations and lead installations for all product groups have been successfully completed, Brilliant Hotelsoftware will issue the Certified Installer certificate. From that moment forward you will be an official member of the Brilliant team!

Costs for the training will be paid by the potential installer. If a Certified Installer decides to work independently, a fixed price per day plus expenses will be paid. The Certified Installer will be paid based on an official invoice.
