Our North American Office, located in Atlanta (Midtown), is currently looking for a:

Customer Relations Agent


Job Description:

As a Customer Relations Agent you will provide software support for our clients in the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean. Calls and emails from our customers need to be answered in a timely manner and handled with care. 

In addition to the support responsibilities, the employee will assist in creating documentation including product knowledge-base and support team reference material. 

The position involves flexible hours and would include weekends and/or evenings. 

Requirements: 

Technical skills and a great understanding in hotel operations is strongly recommended. A college degree is preferred.

Following skills are considered an asset:

- Experience in Hotel Operations and/ Front Office Systems
- MS SQL knowledge
- 2nd Language (Dutch/French/German)
- Computer Literate
