POS

A POS interface is used to transfer the total amount of a POS ticket as a single room charge to guest folios in PMpro. Depending on the system and the configuration it may be possible to post the room charge to an article which is linked to the originating department (e.g. bar, restaurant). Some POS system are also able to transfer the full POS revenue during the 'Z reading' on the POS.
