Phone System

A phone interface connects to a PABX system. Depending on the system and the configuration one or more of the following facilities maybe available: check in, check out, room status, post charges to guest folios in PMpro, etc. In some situations, the vendor installs a separate call accounting system for price calculation. This requires the installation of two interfaces: a phone interface and a call accounting interface. Contact the vendor of the PABX system for more details on the configuration that is installed in the hotel.
