The integration of Brilliant PMpro and Holidex®Plus, the IHG Central Reservation System, creates an united solution for reservations, rates and inventory control. IHG properties eliminate errors and manual workload, and improve the overall guest experience.
Some of the benefits of the interface are:
- Real-time availability, Automatic Rate Download and enhanced Inventory Balancing tools reduce workload, and ensure total rate parity and matching inventory in CRS and PMS systems
- Bookings taken at the hotel are interfaced into the CRS system, which results in 24 hour access for guests to their reservations via distribution systems around the world.
- Instant Enrolment feature allows easier and faster sign-up of Priority Club Members
- PMS integration to other IHG tools, such as revenue management systems and budgetary tools.
