Brilliant Sales Partner

The Brilliant Certified Sales Partner (BCSP) will be part of the Brilliant Group’s sales force. The partner can sell our software products independently to the hospitality industry. The partner must use the sales force communications infrastructure of Brilliant Hotelsoftware. Brilliant Hotelsoftware will make the following services available to the BCSP:

  • secretarial service;
  • shipment of product brochures;
  • final check and shipment of proposals; and
  • will offer all available help to the BCSP.

The BCSP will also have access to our extensive Web-based customer relationship management (CRM) system. Available leads and contacts can be used. An integrated workflow system ensures the right processes are followed when entering information into the CRM.

The BCSP will be trained by our experienced and professional sales specialists during trade show presentations and meetings with customers. After attending several meetings and presentations, the BCSP will be certified to work independently in the field.

Brilliant Hotelsoftware’s partner managers will guide the BCSP through the sales process and will be the exclusive point of contact for the BCSP. Again, the CRM will play a big role in internal communications. The following products will be available for the BCSP:

  • Brilliant PMPRO with integrated Banqueting, Leisure and WEBPRO;
  • Brilliant POS+ with integrated Brilliant POS+ Mobile Edition;
  • Brilliant CRMPRO;
  • Brilliant Interfaces;
  • software maintenance agreements; and
  • installation and training services.

All contracts will be confirmed by Brilliant Hotelsoftware. After successful sign-off and completion, we will invoice the client. After payment is received, the BCSP will be paid the due commission.
